IBR is a sheeting profile designed for use as a roofing or cladding material. The name "IBR" is an abbreviated form of "Inverted Box Rib". The bold, angular appearance of the trapezoidal flutes has ensured acceptance of the sheet as a wall cladding material. The deep, broad flutes of the inverted sheet offer an excellent drainage capacity. IBR sheeting offers optimum strength to weight and is designed to provide the most advantageous load/span. SUNTUF IBR incorporates an extended leg allowing a crush resistant lap fastening point, increasing the weatherproofing abilities. SUNTUF IBR is available in Clear, Bronze Tint, Opal White and

Trimdek is a roofing and cladding profile designed to provide the building industry with an economical alternative to the deeper Box Rib profiles without sacrificing the popular fluted concept so frequently featured in modern architecture. Trimdek incorporates a longitudinal stiffening rib which adds visual appeal to an otherwise bland pan. The shallower Trimdek profile yields a 10% greater cover width than IBR with a corresponding saving in cladding costs. This profile matches Nu-Rib and Wide-Dek profiles. Equally suitable for roofing or wall cladding, the inherent strength of the trapezoidal Trimdek profile affords greater spans and lower roof slopes over its corrugated counterpart. Trimdek has an extended leg on both sides. SUNTUF Trimdek is available in Clear and Opal White. |

Corrugated is a S-Rib shape profile and has 10,5 corrugations at 76mm centres giving a nett cover of 760mm. The rib height is 17mm. The sheeting is laid with side-laps on the leeward side of the prevailing wind direction. An approved side-lap sealant shall be incorporated on roofing with a pitch of less than 15 degrees slope. All fixing holes must be drilled and not punched. Side-lap stitching at 600mm centres is recommended. SUNTUF Corrugated is available in Clear,
Bronze Tint and Opal White. |

Omega profile is a modern new shape designed to give light transmission without casting shadows. It can be fixed through the crest or the valley. The major advantage is that the overlap (wastage) is only 50mm, which makes the sheet more economical and reduces the build-up of dirt between the overlap. The OMEGA profile will side lap both corrugated and greca profiles. Sheets come in lengths of up to 9.6m long. Sheet width is 810mm. Cover is 760mm. SUNTUF Omega is
available in Solar Control. |
